Fulfillment Time

All orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each item meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

 Shipping Time

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (U.S. domestic) 

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S. domestic) 

International Shipping: 5-20 business days, depending on the destination Please note that shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times. 

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order has been processed.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We are not responsible for such delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 Certified Baddie Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

 For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
